WEST HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) — Connecticut State Police say two New Hampshire residents were the victims of a motorcycle crash on Interstate 84 near Hartford that caused a major traffic jam during the Thursday afternoon rush hour.

Police say the victims lived in Atkinson, New Hampshire.

Authorities say Mark Goodwin’s injuries are not life-threatening. Both Goodwins were wearing helmets.

No charges have been filed. The accident remains under investigation.
