SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – Two lanes of Interstate 91 northbound in Springfield were closed for hours after a tractor trailer truck crashed into a guardrail at the Longmeadow Curve.
The two left hand lanes of the highway were closed at Exit 2 (Route 83), following the crash, which happened near Exit 3 (Route 5/South End Bridge) late Wednesday morning.
Trooper David Podworski of the Massachusetts State Police told 22News that the driver of the truck was injured, but the injuries appeared to be minor.
