A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or already happening. Large amounts of rain are likely to fall in a short amount of time, and street and small stream flooding is of particular concern. If you see flooding, you are urged to seek higher ground. If you are driving and spot a flooded roadway, you are reminded: “Turn around, don’t drown.”
