CHICOPEE, Mass (WWLP) – Stories about women succeeding in spite of feeling Inferior have always been the stuff that fine Independent movies are made of. “Begin Again” picks up beautifully where the others left off and adds a few twists of Its own.

When talented songwriter Keira Knightley upstages her superstar boyfriend, he’s actually jealous of her.  Knigthley doesn’t know it yet but she’s about to be jilted and It’s the best thing that can happen to her. How else would down and out record producer Mark Ruffalo resurrect his life and jump start her career?

If “Begin Again” was a studio produced Hollywood film, they’d have forced Keira Knightley to use a phony American accent, and the ending would have been far different. But Independent movies have the advantage of surprising us with a point of view that sparkles with freshness and originality.

Let me “Begin Again” by saying how delightful Keira Knightley and Mark Ruffalo match up together. “Begin Again” offers so much to enjoy, It’s only right this humorous, uplifting romantic comedy grabs an audience pleasing three stars.

I like looking around after the movie, and I saw nothing but satisfied customers.
