(Mass Appeal)  – Grilling your food is one of the best ways to add extra flavor to your food! Ryan Woods and Tyler Pratt from Enfuse Fitness in Enfield, Connecticut, showed us how to make grilled lobster tails with grilled eggplant and asparagus topped with sautéed tomatoes and garlic in a lemon butter sauce.
