SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – Put your money where the miracles are. Monday night, hundreds of people throughout western Massachusetts raised money for the Children’s Miracle Network Hospital.
The network funds programs and activities at Baystate Children’s hospital in Springfield. It was BCH’s 23rd annual Golf Tournament, one at Crestview Country Club in Agawam and another at “The Ranch” in Southwick. Volunteers call it an amazing cause.
Jane Albert of Baystate Health told 22News, “Baystate Children’s Hospital is the only children’s hospital in western Massachusetts. We serve over 40,000 children every year. So all the funds from this year’s tournament support the Baystate Children’s Hospital.”
Last year’s golf tournament raised over $184,000 for the Baystate Children’s Hospital.
