(WFLA) A construction worker died on site Wednesday after a lightning strike in Seminole, Florida.
Witnesses says that Agustin Navarrete-Guerrero, 40, went to roll up the windows of an SUV after the rain began.
“They figure maybe he went to the restroom and nobody saw any concern to look for him,” said President of J.M. Stucco and Plastering Mercy Iturriaga. “After about 15 minutes, it was too long.”
Workers found the victim face down in a puddle next to the SUV.
After discovering him and while waiting for EMS, workers took the victim into a nearby garage and began CPR.
