I-Team: Palmer DPW director resigns

PALMER, Mass. (WWLP) – First on WWLP.com, the 22News I-Team discovered that Palmer’s Department of Public Works Director resigned.

Craig Dolan was arrested on April 22nd and cited for an open container violation, consumption of an open container violation, marked lanes violation and O.U.I., his 2nd offense.

Dolan had been placed on paid leave, then unpaid leave, before his resignation.

Dolan pleaded not guilty during his arraignment in Palmer District Court on April 24th.  His next scheduled court date is on July 11th.

Rudolph Pisarczyk will remain the acting D.P.W. director in Palmer until a new job search is complete.
