The Eastern States Exposition and Ted Hebert, owner of Teddy Bear Pools and Spas, have settled their differences out of court. Teddy Bear Pools will be able to return to the Big “E” as a vendor this September.
Hebert filed a lawsuit claiming the President of the “Big E” wouldn’t let them return to the fair, because he campaigned against the Hard Rock casino in West Springfield. That lawsuit has now been dismissed.
Hebert’s attorney Paul Rothschild of Bacon/Wilson Attorneys at Law told 22News the terms of the settlement are confidential, but are mutually beneficial.
