CHICOPEE, Mass (WWLP) – You’d never think of the very dignified British actor Jude Law going wild and crazy as a low life crook and all around sociopath named “Dom Hemingway”.
But that’d what Inspired acting is all about. Law gives the performance of his life as the hard luck ex-convict who has an awful lot of catching up to do.
Law’s “Dom Hemingway” character is an Irrepressible force of nature. He’s out of control trying to make up for the 12 years he spent in prison protecting a criminal kingpin.
Only hid devoted friend and alter ego, Richard Grant, keeps law from going completely over the edge.
“Dom Hemingway” may be too raw for some tastes, but Law’s colossal performance makes everything perfect.
You’ll marvel at the energy he generates, and chuckle at the sheer audacity of the character he plays.
You really should be looking in on the unsavory adventures of “Dom Hemingway”. And see If you don’t get swept up by his dysfunctional way of looking at his wasted life, along with some wonderfully touching redeeming moments. You’ll feel so alive watching “Dom Hemingway”, you’ll want to lay down the Law with four stars.
“Dom Hemingway” really is that good.
