PALMER, Mass. (WWLP) – Palmer’s DPW director was in court Thursday to face charges for his second OUI arrest.
Craig Dolan pleaded not guilty during his arraignment in Palmer District Court. He was released on his own recognizance.
Dolan was cited by Palmer Police Tuesday night with an open container violation, consumption of an open container violation, marked lanes violation and O.U.I., his 2nd offense.
According to the Palmer Town Manager’s Office, Dolan has been placed on administrative leave. He had previously been working while the issue was being discussed with the labor board.
Dolan’s next scheduled court date is on July 11.
