Teachers, students help save track coach’s life

(WOWT) An Omaha, Nebraska track coach is lucky to be alive after he went into cardiac arrest during practice.

He says students and teachers nearby helped to save his life.

27-year-old Chad Wilshusen is a track coach and teacher at Concordia High School in Omaha.

When he’s not coaching from the sidelines, he’s often running alongside his athletes at practice.

A few weeks ago while he was doing that with student Tanner Schwarting something unusual happened.
