Body found in Conn. River identified as Greenfield resident

SUNDERLAND, Mass. (WWLP) – Officials in Franklin County are continuing to look into the death of a 28 year-old man whose body was found in the Connecticut River more than a week ago.

Mary Carey of the Northwestern District Attorney’s Office told 22News that the body in the river was that of Stephen Bradley of Greenfield.

She said that they have no other information on the case at this time.

Brendan Lyons of the Sunderland Police Department told 22News that on the afternoon of April 12, two canoeists found the body about two miles north of Sunderland Bridge.
