PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN 6) – Fans of the Netflix original “Orange is the New Black” just got an early Christmas present.
The video streaming service posted a two-minute trailer on its YouTube account Thursday morning. The video, entitled “Jungle Trailer,” depicts a slightly grittier second season of the hit show.
Season two of the black comedy series, which features Taylor Schilling as the central character — a 30-something non-violent offender finding her way through prison — is set to premiere June 6.

The show was one of a handful of Netflix original series to garner both audience and critical acclaim in 2013, a promising sign for the service and streaming sites as a whole. Schilling herself was nominated for a Golden Globe.
Season one is available in its entirety to Netflix subscribers.
