Former Ludlow Police Officer pleads not guilty

LUDLOW, Mass. (WWLP) – A high-ranking Ludlow police officer is out on personal recognizance after he was charged with stealing drugs from the department’s evidence locker.

At a Superior Court arraignment Tuesday Lt. Thomas Foye pleaded not guilty. He was indicted on charges of tampering with evidence, theft of drugs from a dispensary, and cocaine possession.

He was arrested in August and was also suspended without pay last month.
