Tips to keep your kids healthy

It’s important that our kids eat well and get exercise, but it’s often hard to find the time.  Ryan Woods and Tyler Pratt from Enfuse Fitness, in Enfield, Connecticut showed us tips.

Post-Workout Foods for Kids:
Chicken with berries
Low fat foods
Eat soon after workout
Protein stir-fry (2-3 oz.)
Fruits & veggies

Pre-Workout Foods for Kids:
Eat one hour before workouts
Macro Greens bar
Coconut water with Whey protein
Medium fat foods
