Try Chai Tea & Cold Brew Iced Coffee

Looking for a new beverage?  Annabelle Lytle-Rich from Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters showed us how to make Chai Tea & Cold Brew Iced Coffee.

Cold Brew Iced Coffee
Servings: 4
Preparation Time: Cold brew- 5 minutes
Cook Time (minutes): 12/18 hours

Ingredients:
2/3 cup coarsely ground coffee
4 cups cold water
2 Lg. Jars/buckets
Strainer
Coffee filter

Cooking Directions:
Combine coffee grinds and water. Stir until all grinds are submerged. Let sit for 12-18 hours.

Chai Tea
Servings: 4
Difficulty Level: 1
Preparation Time: 20 min
Cook Time (minutes): 30 min

Ingredients:
2 cups water
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/8 tsp. ground cardamom
1/3 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp. white pepper
2 cup whole milk
2 tbsp. cane sugar, to taste
2 tbsp. loose black tea (Darjeeling or Assam)
Cooking Directions:
Combine spices and water. Bring to a boil. Add sugar and tea and boil for 5 min. Remove from heat and strain.

Combine ½ cup of Chai Concentrate with ½ cup of whole milk. Heat and enjoy!
