Pet of the Week: Millie

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (Mass Appeal) – Meet Mass Appeal’s pet of the week!

Name: Millie
Breed: Shepherd/Hound Mix
Age: 2 Years old
Sex: Spayed Female
Color: Tan

About Millie:
I know that 2 cookies plus 2 cookies equals 4 cookies for me. That is because I am a smart girl. Speaking of cookies my foster mom has been teaching me polite waiting for my cookies and know what I LIKE IT. I like training and would love to go to school. There is a discount with my adoption towards the Dakin training classes in Springfield, Leverett, and Hadley. So get your bags ready and let’s go to Dakin for classes. I’m a Dixie dog. I came from an overcrowded Texas shelter where there are far too many dogs like me. It was unlikely I would have a chance for adoption if I stayed there, so I was a lucky dog to get picked to travel all the way to New England where I might have a better chance at finding a family who would fall in love and adopt me.
