Shoulder pads and dolman sleeves help balance the body.
3/4 sleeve or short sleeve better than sleeveless or skinny straps.
If you are wider on top:
Avoid dolman sleeves and shoulder pads.
Women who don’t like their upper arms:
3/4 sleeves and long shear sleeves are great.
