CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) – If you haven’t signed up for health or dental insurance yet, Monday is supposed to be the deadline. However, healthcare.gov is experiencing more problems.
While the equally dysfunctional Massachusetts Health Connector website has led the state to push back the open enrollment deadline from Monday until April 15th, tax day. Governor Patrick wants anyone who doesn’t have health care or pays too much for there’s to sign up now.
“Not just because of the deadline and not just because of a potential penalty, but for their own health security to sign up for affordable care. It’s there and if you have a policy today that is not affordable, I encourage you to shop,” said Governor Patrick.
