CHICOPEE, Mass (WWLP) – I say put aside the controversy over the Biblical Interpretation of “Noah” and just enjoy the spiritual value of this stirring drama.

The great, visionary Director Darren Aronofsky justifies taking liberties by presenting us with a “Noah” that everyone can ultimately embrace. “Noah” is quick to accept Methuselah’s ominous warning that the creator will annihilate the world unless man changes his ways.

Russell Crowe gives a rousing performance filled with intensity and purpose. A man driven to do what’s right while in awe of his responsibility.

“Noah” builds a modern miracle of spectacular production values, balancing the deeply personal story with exciting emotional Impact, with Russell Crowe’s forceful performance as the film’s centerpiece.

“Noah” shows enormous respect for its audience and deserves to same respect.

You will not be alone in praise of this magnificent biblical epic. I’m afraid “Noah’s” ark won’t be completely filled until we find a spot for those glistening four stars.

This is a film for the ages, and in this day and age, a must see movie.
