Mediterranean Meatballs

Ingredients:
2lb lean ground beef
2 white onions
5 glove of garlic
1/2 tbsp of each, black pepper, all spice and salt
Two bay leaves
2 cinnamon sticks
Half a bunch of parsley chopped
1 tbsp of tomato paste
1 cup of diced tomatos

Directions:
Mix the meat with half chopped white onion, parsley and qrtr spoon of the black pepper, all spice and salt make into a small size meat ball bake at 350 for 20 minutes, in a separate pot cut the white onion in Juliane style add garlic and sautée with one table spoon of vegetable oil when onion is translucent  add the diced tomato, tomato paste and the rest of the spices add two cups of water, add meat balls let it simmer for 25 minutes.
Serve with a starch.
