Ludlow Police Lt. Foye suspended without pay

LUDLOW, Mass. (WWLP) – An indicted Ludlow Police Lieutenant is officially off the town payroll as of Tuesday night.

Ludlow Police Sgt. Michael Brennan confirmed that the Board of Selectmen voted to suspend Lt. Thomas Foye without pay pending the outcome of his court case.

A grand Jury indicted Foye last week on charges of stealing drug evidence, and cocaine possession. Foye is accused of stealing cocaine from the Ludlow PD evidence locker.

He’s been on paid leave since his arrest last August.
