Missing Malaysian Jet may have turned around

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia (AP) — There is new information on the missing Malaysian airlines jet.

Malaysian air force chief says that military radar indicated the missing Boeing 777 jet may have turned back, but refused to give any information on how far the plane may have veered off course.

The Malaysia Airlines Chief said the pilot is supposed to inform air traffic control if he does return, but they did not received any distress call.

The plane vanished from screens early Saturday morning en route to Beijing with 239 people on board.
