When wool isn’t enough…

(KWWL) At roughly 9:15 a.m. Monday, triplet lambs were born on Jared Gutknecht’s farm outside of Cedar Falls.

“I showed up right as the last one came out,” said Gutknecht.

This continued cold weather hasn’t been ideal for Iowa livestock farmers. Gutknecht says this March is much different than last year.

“Any time that they’re not in a warm site like this, you get lamb popsicles pretty quick,” said Gutknecht.
