More snow for many parts of WMass

BECKET, Mass. (WWLP) – Another round of snow has arrived in much of western Massachusetts, with the snow coming down quite heavily in some areas.

22News viewers in Becket, Westfield, Russell, and Worthington reported heavy snow falling around 12:30 P.M., with limited visibility.

Farther to the east in West Springfield and Chicopee, light snow was mixing with sleet around the same time, but that turned to steady snow by 1:00 P.M.

A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for Hampden, Hampshire, and Franklin Counties until 8:00 P.M.
