5am-8am (Snowboarding: Women’s halfpipe qualifying)

Americans: Kelly Clark, Hannah Teter, Arielle Gold, Kaitlyn Farrington

2002 Olympic champion Kelly Clark is the favorite to win gold. She’ll be challenged by the defending Olympic champion Torah Bright of Australia, and fellow Americans Hannah Teter, Arielle Gold and Kaitlyn Farrington.

5am-8am (Women’s curling prelims: Midday session)

USA vs. China, Norway vs. Germany, China vs. Switzerland

7:30am-8:15am (Nordic combined: Men’s individual 10km)

Americans: Bill Demong

2010 Olympic large hill champion will look to carry over the magic that the U.S. experienced in Vancouver. The individual 10km will decide who wins gold.

7:30am-10am (Women’s hockey: U.S. vs. Canada)

The two power houses of women’s hockey meet in the final game of the preliminary round. Both teams will advance to opposite semifinals on Monday, and are heavy favorites to advance to the gold medal game.

9am-10:40am (Speed skating: Men’s 1000m)

Americans: Shani Davis, Brian Hansen

Shani Davis attempts to win three consecutive Olympic 1000m titles. He will tie the record for most career U.S. Olympic men’s speed skating medals (5- Eric Heiden and Chad Hedrick) if he wins a medal.

10am-11am (Snowboarding: Women’s halfpipe semifinals)

10am-1pm (Men’s curling prelims: Evening session)

Germany vs. China, Switzerland vs. Great Britain, Russia vs. Canada, Denmark vs. Sweden

10:45am-2:00pm (Figure skating: Pairs free program)

Americans: Marissa Castelli and Simon Shnapir

The favorites are the host country’s Tatiana Volosozhar and Maxim Trankov. U.S. champions Marissa Castelli and Simon Shnapir enter the free program in 10th.
