BLANDFORD, Mass. (WWLP) – A tractor trailer rollover has cleared, but traffic remained backed up on the Massachusetts Turnpike in Blandford Monday afternoon.
The Massachusetts State Police tweeted that only one lane was open the area of the accident, which happened near the 23 mile marker around noon time.
Trooper Johnson of the State Police in Westfield told 22News that there were no injuries in the crash.
The accident has been cleared, but there is still some residual backup in the Russell and Blandford areas.
Due to the snowfall, the speed limit on the Mass Pike from the New York state line to Sturbridge is down to 40 miles per hour, and tandem trailers and propane tankers are prohibited.
