LYME, N.H. (WWLP) – A boy from Vermont, whose disappearance triggered an AMBER Alert, was found safe in New Hampshire.
According to Vermont State Police, the alert was activated Monday night after the boy was dropped off in the driveway of his foster home in Sunderland, Vermont, but did not go inside the home.
The Vermont State Police tweeted that Kane was found safe in Lyme, New Hampshire with his mother, Patricia Kane.
While the alert was active, police had said they were concerned Kane may have taken off with her son. The boy had previously been in French custody, and Kane had allegedly attempted to take her son while they were living in France.
